Recommended Use

For full-body sessions, maintain a distance of 30–50cm from the lamp. Use 1–2 times per day with sessions of 20–30 minutes each. Results vary by skin type — adjust frequency according to your own response. Consistent use over several weeks is recommended for gradual results.

How to Use

1- Set up the lamp in your preferred position — stand, desktop, or hanging. 2- Adjust the tripod to your desired height and angle. 3- Set the timer to your preferred session length (5–30 minutes). 4- Position yourself 30–50cm from the lamp. 5- The lamp shuts off automatically when the timer completes.
