How to Use
1- Spray a small amount of water onto the silicone pad and lightly moisten the skin.
2- Wrap the belt tightly around the abdomen ensuring the silicone pad is in firm contact with the skin.
3- Power on and select your preferred mode and intensity level.
4- Use for 15–30 minutes per session.
5- Wipe the pad clean with a damp towel after each use.
Important Notice
The silicone pad must be in firm contact with moist skin to function properly — ensure skin is slightly damp before use. A mild tingling sensation during use is normal.
