How to Use CardiaSense

• Keep relaxed before measuring and sit quietly for a moment.
• With your palm facing up, position the wrist band so it is parallel to the heart.
• Ensure the intake tube is aligned parallel to the underlying artery.
• Wrap the wrist band around your wrist firmly in the opposite direction and fasten securely, leaving a one-finger gap for the appropriate tightness.
• Maintain the wrist band parallel to the heart and keep your palm up throughout the measurement.
• Press the on/off button and stay relaxed as the device measures; systolic, diastolic, and pulse are displayed after about 1 minute.
