How to Use

1- Connect electrode pads to wires and remove protective film from pads.

2- Place pads on the target area and plug wires into the device channels.

3- Ensure both pads from each wire are placed on skin together.

4- Slide the power switch to turn on.

5- Press M to select your preferred massage mode.

6- Press + or − to adjust intensity. Press A/B/C/D to switch between channels.

7- Press F to toggle between low and high frequency.

8- Press T to set your session timer — 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
