How to Use

1- Lie down and position the device under your neck along the ergonomic arch.

2- Connect the power adapter and controller.

3- Select your preferred traction mode, heat level, and EMS settings.

4- Relax for 15 minutes — the device shuts off automatically.

5- For full-body use, attach the external pads to the target area and connect the EMS cord.
